I signed up last week for Chalene Johnson's 30 day Push Challenge. It is free and was recommended by Crystal Paine of Money Saving Mom. I have LOVED it so far! Everyday you get a video (under 9 minutes so far) in your inbox plus an exercise to do. It all takes about 15 minutes a day, but she really has some different ways to think about goal setting. I even have had Jamie do some of the exercises. DEFINETLY worth checking out!
