This is our Doterra hoard...
Balance and Elevation are two oils we burn in our Doterra diffuser throughout the day (and rub on their feet or put in a foot bath at times too). I use the coconut oil for their nightly foot rubs with frankincense oil or Serenity (Thaddy always gets at least one foot and leg rub with frankincense a day though). The peppermint oil we burn or apply if Thaddy has a tummy ache or a fever. Clove and oregano oil I have on hand, but can't figure out a use for yet.
These are blends we have in rollerball dispensers. The Intune is their signature scent when they go to any class (Thaddy's tae kwon do instructor could testify to this!) Clary Calm I use on Juliette (hormones are tough!), and the others were gifts from KickCancER. We use the Belly Blend (digestive blend, wild orange, and coconut oil) everyday on his tummy, the KickCancER blend (myrrh, frankincense, sandalwood, and coconut oil) on his spine and brain stem twice daily, the Flu Bomb (lemon, oregano, protective blend, coconut oil) on his spine daily, and the calming blend (Balance, Serenity, and coconut oil) as needed on his spine and wrists.
We use the Breathe oil in the diffuser or when coughs happen on the feet with socks, or on the spine (think Vicks). The Purify is what I put in a spray bottle with water to clean my house. The Aromatouch is great for massages with a hint of peppermint. The Deep Blue oil and rub is used on sore muscles and everyday for Thaddy's foot and leg massage. He takes a chemo that one of the side effects is neuropathy so we try to massage his feet and leg muscles daily to keep the nerves going strong.
These oils go in Thaddy's "Oily Water" he drinks everyday. Four drops of DDR Prime, one drop Digestzen, three drops Zendocrine, and one drop Sweet Fennel. He takes one On Guard tablet a day. I also put On Guard in water for hand sanitizer as well as in a spray bottle for the house (or the hospital rooms when we are admitted). We also combine the On Guard oil with coconut oil or sunflower oil for our family oil pulling sessions. Lemon oil is for our first glass of water for the day (we have tried real lemon and the kids don't like that, but they will drink this).
All the kids drink a tablespoon a day of fish oil and flax oil. Thaddeus and Juliette drink another oily water combo of turmeric, elderberry, dandelion, and astragalus.
We also received a castor oil pack from KickCancER. We use this three times a week. We heat the castor oil and dip his cloth in it and put it on his tummy covered with a towel and a heating pad for thirty minutes. Then we wipe the area clean with special wipes. This helps detox his system.
Through frontline T Cell leukemia treatment Thaddy has done SO well. He has rarely had low counts (only twice has his ANC gone under 500 since his initial hospital stay) and we attribute SOME of that to his daily oil routine. Now just as an FYI...he did most of this PRE diagnosis as well. We feel that by devoting this level of time and energy to our health as a family we've seen nothing but benefits for him and the rest of us as well!
